Living in the shadow of the real thing, Run in the Shadow is a
premier Fleetwood Mac tribute show renowned for their
completely live and authentically crafted performances. Comprised

Amy is a music teacher from the Midlands and currently studying for a Masters in Music Therapy. She’s enjoyed playing the piano and singing from a young age, and is also classically trained on the oboe. Amy shares a few other traits with her tribute Queen Christine, including her ‘Brummy’ upbringing; blonde fringed hair; and a particular love of Blues and Classical music!
After a decade behind the decks as the resident DJ at Snobs Nightclub in Birmingham, Matt now works as a musician and photographer. He was known to play Fleetwood Mac every night as a DJ and now puts that experience to use playing with Run in the Shadow. He also writes and records original songs under his nom-de-plume 'Elison' in a very similar way to the real Lindsey Buckingham and his fifth album Turning Sleeping into Art was released in 2023.
Molly is a singer and a songwriter. Over the years she has performed with many bands and gigged over the country as well as in Europe and has recently graduated university studying vocals. As well as gigging with bands, Molly is establishing herself as a solo artist within the dance field and has surpassed five million plays on Spotify after having been signed to a multi album recording deal.
Jason’s playing started in school when he got lessons from his friend, it didn’t take long before he bought the drum notation for the “Mothership” album by Led Zeppelin. Now a regular sight on many a stage, his passion for Fleetwood Mac came about when he heard the drum solo from “Tusk” and he now channels that “get up and dance” feel at the live shows that everyone loves! Recently he set up Gumbley's Music School to pass on his vast experience to the next generation.
The first bass riff Ali learnt to play back in the 80s was “that riff” from The Chain. Fast forward to now and he has become an in-demand tribute player with a knack for mimicking the feel of other revered bassists such as John Taylor (Duran Duran), Guy Berryman (Coldplay) and Chris Wolstenholme (Muse) and the groove of John McVie is no exception. Ali also plays for Durga McBroom (Pink Floyd) in her international band and is endorsed by the Bass Centre as one of their Elites Artists.
Self-taught from the age of eight, after moving to the Midlands to pursue a career in music, Marcus has had experience playing lead/rhythm guitar and singing backing vocals in a variety of professional bands and duos, including the reformation of the popular Coventry based 60’s band The Sorrows, playing alongside hit singer Don Fardon and playing on their most recent record.

You may notice a few new pictures on our site and some of our shows are missing from the calendar and that is because we have taken the decision to leave our theatre booking agent. The Dreams of FM tour will now feature a different band as we enter a phase of self management. Please do get in touch if you want to see us at a venue near you as we start booking up new shows around the country. We hope to see you all very soon.
